Data we process
Trade Tomte processes account information, subscription status, bot settings, exchange connection metadata, order data, logs and reports needed to run the service.
Exchange data
When you connect an exchange, the system uses the provided API credentials to read balances, place orders and sync trading results according to your configuration.
Security
You are responsible for securing your account and exchange API permissions. Use restricted API keys and avoid withdrawal permissions unless explicitly required.
Retention
Operational records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, accounting, abuse prevention and service integrity.
